Mr. Suman Ghimire is a self-motivated and enthusiastic development practitioner with over 15 years of professional and managerial experience with Climate Change, Forestry, Agriculture, and Natural Resources Governance and has completed MSc in Agriculture and Resources Management from Germany, MA in Sociology from Nepal and BSc in Forestry from Nepal scoring 'very good' grades.
Mr. Ghimire bears excellent leadership, coordination and networking skills. He has very good presentation, partnership and team building/playing capacity. His expertise in climate change adaptation planning and implementation, vulnerability risk and hazards assessments, forest and natural resources governance, and forest-and agriculture-based enterprise development and marketing has contributed to the wide range of communities in developing countries like Nepal. In addition, Mr. Ghimire has an excellent knowledge and skills in integrating communities' interests into policy through evidence-based policy advocacy.

Mr. Prashant Paudel is young forest technician with Master's degree in Forest Science and Forest Ecology from University of Goettingen, Germany. Mr. Paudel actively being involved in teaching, conducting and providing consultancy services in areas of forest management,silviculture, forest mensuration, ecology, agroforestry, climate change, agriculture. In addition he bears a sound data management and analytical skills in different statistical software. He has more than 10 publications in peer reviewed journals.
Mr. Paudel has been enrolled as a PhD student in the University of Western Sydney,Australia. He will be establishing different models in plant competition using data from three continents.
