ICDPI has a multi- disciplinary team of in-house as well as need-based pool of experts.They comprise of social researchers, institutional experts, forest technicians, bio-diversity experts, environmental scientists, ecologists, wildlife researchers and climate experts. The organization is managed by a Board of Directors of four members. The Executive Director, Mr. Suman Ghimire is responsible for the overall management of the program and administration. At present, 5 staffs have been working as full-time employees who have different expertise in various sectors including forestry, environment and climate change. In addition, there are number of consultants rostered with this company, who are providing advisory and consultancy services as per need.
