Narrative description of Project: The assignment was to increase the awareness of key audiences in Chure conservation by developing the willingness of the individuals to participate in program.
Description of Actual Services Provided by ICDPI: ICDPI performed the following services:
- Raised awareness on the risks of Chure degradation;
- Raised awareness of the importance of Chure conservation;
- Raised awareness on the role and importance of local people in chure conservation;
- Transferred to or supported on the knowledge to the local people, as to make them act for chure conservation by creating and distributing educational and informative materials;
- Revised and discussed about efforts and practices of the chure conservation and management, livelihood improvement of poor and destitute households;
- Convinced the target groups to act for Chure conservation;
